Hawaii wedding planners

There are many dependable Hawaii wedding planners on the islands. In our case we do wedding planning for weddings and vow renewals on Oahu only. Our suggestion is to always get a wedding planner if you are making plans from afar.  No matter the size of your wedding, Hawaii wedding planners can guide you in many ways, their island knowledge bring so much guidance with lots of Aloha. The steps to finding  dependable Hawaii wedding planners are to check the internet under HAWAII WEDDINGS choosing some that appeals to you, then check with the Hawaii Better Business Bureau for their status. Most Hawaii wedding planners are honest and truly provide much Aloha. We can plan a beautiful wedding even on short notice. In January, just the two of them, Lan and Joseph booked us for a Feb. 5, 2016 wedding. As Hawaii wedding planners for 30 plus years, we were able to secure the location, minister, flowers, and crew within a day. The hardest part for most Hawaii wedding planners are the lack of beach wedding ministers. Some want just male ministers for some reason.  We do have a variety of great ministers, using them for many years

Lan and Joseph knew each other since middle school but hooked up again much later and love blossomed. A beautiful wedding on the sands of Waialae Beach. Rev. Mike Nelson provided them with a memorable but simple wedding ceremony beginning with the blowing of his conch shell.  The morning sun reflecting on the white sand brought some squinting from the groom, some tears flowed from the bride as the ceremony progressed.  So much love for each other, as they put forward the emotions during the sand ceremony, the beautiful exchange of vows and ring exchange. Ending with a lei exchange, and finally being pronounced husband and wife. Congratulations.  We enjoyed being Hawaii wedding planners for your special day.

Again  for Carla and Craig, this elegant couple gave us the Hawaii wedding planners job to us just a month before their Hawaiian wedding on Feb. 6, 2016. The Hawaii wedding package was chosen and we provided them with a simply beautiful beach wedding ceremony.  A simple package with a ukulele-singer added to perform for their pleasure at their wedding.  Hawaii wedding planners, especially small business like us, always greet our couples and guest at the ceremony. We are present until the occasion is over. Carla and Craig were beautifully dressed, met with music and singing. Rev. Mike Nelson prepared a special ceremony for them to cherish. This couple is so in love, they enjoyed the vows, ring exchange, lei exchange with a few tears of joy. The ceremony with ukulele singing of songs of Hawaii was a very special touch for them. With lots of pictures to enjoy and share. As Hawaii wedding planners, watching a beautiful union being created, is such a joy. Congratulations, and Mahalo to the new Carla ad Craig.

Other then that, they have full of information and guidance for you for your enjoyment of the islands.  We helped Heather and Johnny who are both serving in the U.S. army arrange a small, intimate wedding in the gardens of the Hale Koa hotel.  Hale Koa  services the military personnel and they can find you dependable leads to locate Hawaii wedding planners, ministers, photographers, and so on.   On August 8, 2015, a beautiful day at grounds of the Hale Koa gardens, this happy couple enjoyed a beautiful and emotional wedding ceremony by Rev. Michael Nelson.  Heather was gorgeous in a short yellow gown, with matching short netted veil.  A french bouquet of pink roses and orchids to high light.  Johnny, handsome in tan colored suit and a bouteniere  of pink roses.  They felt  so happy to have had such a stress free wedding.  Having Hawaii wedding planners plan your wedding is so easy. Once you choose your wedding package everything is taken care of for you.  All you need to do is get your marriage license when you arrive in Hawaii. The official signing of the marriage certificate witnessed by A wedding in Hawaii, Hawaii wedding planners. Many beautiful photos were taken to enjoy and share with their family and fellow friends serving our country. Mahalo and Aloha for sharing your day with us.

Scott Hurst & Becki Keenan looking for Hawaii wedding planners, found Hawaii Weddings with many planners, but liked our web site (wedaloha.com) and booked A Wedding in Hawaii for their dream wedding.  What a lovey-dovey couple they are, so much love between them, you can feel the aura. Although they lived near each other, they never met until they both joined match.com. Amazing!  Beautiful portraits were taken before the ceremony as we waited for their Rev. Cynthia Smoot to arrive.  Not taking a wedding package, they chose us to do the lots of pictures and video production of the ceremony. The day at Kahala  Beach was beautiful and calm, a grassy “just for you island” like location near the water was a perfect location.  They loved the beauty of the scenery. Rev. Cynthia presented them with white orchid leis and started the ceremony with a Hawaiian theme.  A lovely simple, short ceremony with ring exchange, prayers, and announcement of the new husband & wife.  Mr. & Mrs. Scott Hurst, were waiting for this day for couple of years.  So many pictures takes and with the video, memories forever.  They will cruise the island on the Pride of American for a week before going back to Wisconsin.  Thanks, guys for sharing your special day with us. Weddings in Hawaii is so nice and stress free always. Hawaii weddings, Hawaii wedding planners at it’s best!  Aloha!

What a nice couple from Riley, Indiana.! Peggy and Wayne Duncan, after 40 years of marriage, renewed their wedding vows on Jan. 27, 2013 at Waialae Beach.  So much in love all the wonderful years, brought a lot of emotions to the ceremony.  Rev. Mike Nelson did a very personalized ceremony for them.  Peggy looked so beautiful in her white gown and Wayne, looked very distinguish.  A foggy day but still beautiful with the ocean near by and Kahala beach in the distance.  They are staying in Barbers Point since Wayne is retired from the military, they have a kind of a private beach out there.  So many pictures to take home to share with their children and grand children.  Enjoy yourselves, and come back again.  Mahalo for putting your trust in us.  We sincerely enjoyed meeting you.  aloha!

Wedding-thank you from Susan (Lowry) & Hirotaka Hiwatashi

Thank you so much for making our wedding ceremony truly special. It was so easy leaving everything to you, and still  it was a unique and special celebration.  The Japanese included in the ceremony was an especially touching surprise.  The pictures, despite the wind, also turned out lovely.  Thank you again for all that you did.

Hawaii Beach Wedding-magic island-Hawaii wedding planners

Jan. 17, 2013 was chosen as their very special day at Magic Island, the wedding of the beautiful Natalie Bourdon to Michael ChmiLar of Kamloops, B.C.  The wedding day at magic island started with Michael & his Dad arriving early, to set up chairs for the comfort of their 20 plus relatives and friends.  What a guy!  As the guys waited at the wedding site, everyone started to arrive by cabs, and here comes Natalie, beautiful in white, along with the couple’s extremely cute little daughter, playing shy. White floral lei’s were presented to the parents.  Natalie carried a beautiful bouquet made with lilies, and lots of branches with sprays of white/purplish dandrob/orchids.  The wedding began with professional (Baron Bento) singer/ukulele player with the wedding  intro, Natalie walking up with her Dad to the smiling handsome Michael.  Their own special vows to each other was very touching. The Rev. Michael Nelson did a very nice personalized wedding ceremony incorporating the blessing, ring exchange and the lei exchange.  Nat and Michael’s daughter wore the rings around her neck (like a lei) representing the ring bearer.  She is adorable!  Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Michael ChmiLar!  Lots of photo images were taken with many happy smiles and congratulations. They all dined and celebrated at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach that evening.  Mahalo for sharing your special day with us. We enjoyed meeting you and hope you enjoy your stay here.  We hope you enjoyed all the ukulele music through out ceremony and photo shoot.   Aloha!
