We have heard that the wives of all branches have gathered information and help their military families.  On December 8, 2018, the wedding of Caitlin and Richard at Kahala Beach was an exciting day for them and their many loved ones who gathered giving loving support to Sargent Richard and his beautiful bride Caitlin.  Hawaii being home now for a while, away from places like Arizona or North Carolina, parents fly in to join in  along with the couples military family.  Chose a beautiful sunny day with a goodluck sprinkle of rain right after their “I do”. Richard was handsome in full dress blue Marine uniform, awaiting at the altar with the Reverend Michael Nelson. A stylish white wedding gown with train and veil, beautiful Caitlin holding a hand tied bouquet of red roses appeared with her Dad. Hawaii beach weddings begins with the sounding of the Conch. Ukulele singer singing the beautiful Hawaii wedding song, as Caitlin walks up the rose petal  aisle with her Dad. Kisses, hugs and hand shakes and Reverend begins his wedding ceremony. A ceremony with some Hawaiian features like a unity sand ceremony and a lei exchange ceremony was incorporated with the “personal vows” and ring exchange.
